Have you ever seen that movie called Beer Fest? That's really what made beer pong popular. Its basically a ridiculous drinking game involving the game of ping pong. Don't try this at home kids, you'll probably break the table and have too much to drink. Buts let take a closer look at this new trend. Its a game in which players throw the ping pong ball, and try to land it inside one of the cups of beer. It consists of 2 teams, consisting of two players each. And the cups of beer, they are arranged in a triangle formation. There are no official rules, or even an official creator of the game. Maybe it was that movie... When a player successfully gets a ball landed in one of the cups of beer, the defenders must then drink all that cup of beer. An article in Time magazine stated the cups should be filled just 25-35%, to avoid over drinking! Makes sense to me. You win the game by eliminating all the cups (landing the ball in each one) and getting the other team intoxicated. I'm not sure if there's really any clear winner in this game, but one thing is for certain: Its going to become the most popular game on college campuses worldwide.
